1 Point one of your toes. Put one of your legs in front of you
2 Lean forward until your hands met the ground.
3 Squeeze your stomach to make your feet straight.
4 Point your toes and make sure your hands in a line.
5 Let your feet down and end in a salulate
Cartwheel
First, put your hands in a position
Next,kick your legs to a v shape
After that, make sure your legs are straight.
Finally, end in a salute (hands in a v shape)
Roundoff
1 A roundoff is kinda like a cartwheel
2 Start in a salute
3 Start running (or you can walk and put a lot of power into it)
4 You’ll need to be very quick.
5 You’ll need to jump and one of your legs
6 Do a cartwheel
7 Finally, end in a stick finish
